Supervisors Allowance. An Employee appointed to perform the functions of a Supervisor will receive a payment of $ 3.50 per hour in addition to their ordinary rate of pay. An all purpose allowance of $1.50 per hour shall be paid to all leading Hands appointed by the Company in addition to their ordinary rates of pay. Supervisors Allowance. An employee covered by this Agreement who is authorised and required to supervise other employees in performing work under this Agreement shall be paid $24.45 per week whilst performing those duties. This allowance will not be payable for all purposes of this agreement.
