Common use of Supervisory Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Responsibility. The employees covered by this agreement are supervisory employees who have the responsibility for the direction and control of the educational system within the areas delegated to them by the Superintendent of Schools within the guidelines established by the Superintendent and the policies laid down by the Board of Education. As a supervisor each such employee is expected and required to devote whatever time and effort may be necessary, to provide the opportunity for the students within his/her jurisdiction to obtain a good quality education
