Common use of Supplemental Data Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Data. Borrower shall submit to Lender a statement of the projected cost of constructing the Improvements, including a description of all contracts let or to be let by Borrower for the design, engineering, construction and equipping of the Improvements, setting forth the name or names of the contractor or contractors, the date of the contracts and of any supplements or amendments thereto, the scope of the work covered thereby, and the aggregate amounts payable to the contractors thereunder, and further stating whether said contract or contracts embrace all of the work required to be done and all of the material necessary for completion of construction, and, if not, setting forth sufficient information to enable Lender to determine the estimated cost of any work or materials not so covered.
