Common use of Supplemental Documentation Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Documentation. At the Agent's request, each Grantor shall execute and deliver to the Agent, at any time or times hereafter, all documents, instruments and other written matter that the Agent may request to perfect and maintain perfected the Agent's (for the benefit of the Lenders) security interest in the Collateral, in form and substance acceptable to the Agent, and pay all charges, expenses and fees the Agent may reasonably incur in filing any of such documents, and all taxes relating thereto. Each Grantor agrees that a carbon, photographic, photostatic, or other reproduction of this Agreement or a financing statement is sufficient as a financing statement and may be filed by the Agent in any filing office.
