Common use of Supplemental Documentation Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Documentation. At the Lender's request, the Borrower shall execute and/or deliver to the Lender, at any time or times hereafter, such agreements, documents, financing statements, warehouse receipts, bills of lading, notices of assignment of Accounts Receivable, schedules of Accounts Receivable assigned, and other written matter necessary or requested by the Lender to perfect and maintain perfected the security interest in the Collateral granted hereunder (all the above hereinafter referred to as "SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTATION"), in form and substance acceptable to the Lender, and pay all taxes, fees and other costs and expenses associated with any recording or filing of the same. The Borrower hereby irrevocably makes, constitutes and appoints the Lender (and all Persons designated by the Lender for that purpose) as the Borrower's true and lawful attorney (and agent-in-fact) to sign the name of the Borrower on any of the Supplemental Documentation and to deliver any of the Supplemental Documentation to such Persons as the Lender in its sole and absolute discretion, may elect. The Borrower agrees that a carbon, photographic, photostatic, and other reproduction of this Agreement or of a financing statement is sufficient as a financing statement.
