Supplemental Monitoring Services. The Monitoring Agent shall provide reasonable supplemental monitoring on its own initiative in order to ensure to the extent practicable (i) the compliance by the Owner with the Affordability Requirement. The services hereunder shall include follow-up discussions with the Owner, if appropriate, after an event of noncompliance.
Supplemental Monitoring Services. The Monitoring Agent shall provide reasonable supplemental monitoring on its own initiative in order to ensure to the extent practicable (i) the compliance by the Developer with the Affordability Requirement, and (ii) the compliance by the owners of the Affordable Units with the requirements of the Affordable Housing Restriction, including without limitation the owner-occupancy requirement and the Resale Restrictions (including recalculating the Resale Price Multiplier, if necessary). The services hereunder shall also include considerations of requests for refinancing, approval of capital improvements, further encumbrances and leasing an Affordable Unit. The services hereunder shall not include any construction monitoring. The services hereunder shall include follow-up discussions with the Developer and/or owners of the Affordable Units, if appropriate, after an event of noncompliance. The Monitoring Agent shall be entitled to a reasonable fee for supplemental monitoring services as set forth in the Homebuyer Disclosure Statement executed by the buyer of the Affordable Unit.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Supplemental Services 4.1.1 The services listed below are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the listed Supplemental Services only if specifically designated in the table below as the Architect’s responsibility, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in this Agreement, if neither the Owner nor the Architect is designated, the parties agree that the listed Supplemental Service is not being provided for the Project.

  • Additional G-Cloud services 30.1 The Buyer may require the Supplier to provide Additional Services. The Buyer doesn’t have to buy any Additional Services from the Supplier and can buy services that are the same as or similar to the Additional Services from any third party. 30.2 If reasonably requested to do so by the Buyer in the Order Form, the Supplier must provide and monitor performance of the Additional Services using an Implementation Plan.
