Supplemental Principal Allocations. On or before the Business Day prior to each Distribution Date for the Wind Down Period or an Early Amortization Period, GMAC shall deposit into the Collection Account, on behalf of the Purchaser, an amount equal to the Supplemental Principal Allocation for such Distribution Date. Such amount shall be recorded as an advance under the Intercompany Advance Agreement and shall bear interest and be payable as provided therein.
