Common use of Supplementary Estimates Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Estimates. (1) The Commission must prepare supplementary estimates of any expenditure projected by the Commission which— (a) will exceed the amount set out in the annual estimates; and (b) cannot be provided for under sub-clause 72(2). (2) Supplementary estimates must— (a) be in such form as may from time to time be agreed between the Commission and the Ministerial Council; (b) show the estimated amount to be contributed by each Contracting Government; (c) be sent to each Contracting Government; (d) be approved by the Ministerial Council.
