Common use of Supplements and Amendments; Whole Agreement Clause in Contracts

Supplements and Amendments; Whole Agreement. This Warrant may be amended or supplemented only by an instrument in writing signed by the Holder and the Company. This Warrant contains the full understanding of the Holder and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and there are no representations, warranties, agreements or understandings other than expressly contained herein and therein.

Supplements and Amendments; Whole Agreement. This Warrant may be amended or supplemented or any provision hereof waived only by an instrument in writing signed by the Holder Company and the CompanyHolder. This Warrant contains the full understanding of the Holder and the Company parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and there are no representations, warranties, agreements or understandings other than expressly contained herein and therein.

This Warrant may be amended or supplemented only by an instrument in writing signed by the Holder Company and the Companyholders representing a majority in interests of the Applicable Warrant Shares that remain issuable under the then outstanding Warrants. This Warrant contains the full understanding of the Holder and the Company parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and there are no representations, warranties, agreements or understandings other than expressly contained herein and therein.

This Warrant contains the full understanding of the Holder Company and the Company Holder with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and there are no representations, warranties, agreements or understandings other than expressly contained herein and therein.

This Warrant may be amended or supplemented only by an instrument in writing signed by the Holder Company and a majority of the Companyholders of all Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of the Series Warrants. This Warrant contains and the related Note executed concurrently contain the full understanding of the Holder and the Company parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and there are no representations, warranties, agreements or understandings other than expressly contained herein and therein.

Supplements and Amendments; Whole Agreement. This Warrant may be amended or supplemented only by an instrument in writing signed by the Holder and the Companyparties hereto. This Warrant contains and the Purchase Agreement, of even date herewith, by and between the Company and the Holder contain the full understanding of the Holder and the Company parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and there are no representations, warranties, agreements or understandings other than expressly contained herein and therein.

Supplements and Amendments; Whole Agreement. This Warrant may be amended or supplemented or any provision hereof waived only by an instrument in writing signed by the Holder Company and the CompanyHolders of more than 50% in interest of the Warrant. Any amendment or supplement or waiver approved by Holders of more than 50% in interest of the Warrant shall be binding on all the Holders thereof. This Warrant contains the full understanding of the Holder and the Company parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and there are no representations, warranties, agreements or understandings other than expressly contained herein and therein.
