Supplements to the Indenture. Effective as of the date hereof, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee hereby amend and supplement the Indenture as follows: (a) Section 6.7 of the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting the phrases “The Servicer” and “the Servicer” and replacing such phrases with the term “Santander Consumer” in all places where either such phrase appears.
