Common use of Supplements to this Base Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Supplements to this Base Prospectus. If at any time any Issuer shall be required to prepare a supplemental prospectus pursuant to Regulations 23 and 51 of S.I. No. 324, Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (as amended) (the “Irish Prospectus Regulations”), the Issuer will prepare and make available a supplement to this Base Prospectus or a further prospectus which, in respect of any subsequent issue of Notes to be listed on Euronext Dublin shall constitute a supplemental base prospectus as required by the Competent Authority and the Irish Prospectus Regulations.
