SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAM. After Closing, Buyer will support fully the Supplier Diversity Program of Seller, a copy of which is attached as Schedule 12.12, in an effort to provide opportunities for minority-owned, women-owned, and Detroit-based businesses to work with and provide goods and services to Buyer and the Hospitals.
