Common use of SUPPLIER REGISTRATION SYSTEM Clause in Contracts

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION SYSTEM. SUPPLIER shall register with BUYER’s vendor management system, and in connection therewith, SUPPLIER may incur a nominal registration fee. BUYER, or the third-party supplier management system on BUYER’s behalf, may collect the fee or the fee may be deducted from any invoice issued by SUPPLIER pursuant to, or any amount due SUPPLIER under this Purchase Order. The fee is non-refundable, and SUPPLIER shall not be reimbursed the fee, or any portion thereof, even if its business relationship with BUYER ceases, including termination by BUYER.
