Common use of Supplier Representative Clause in Contracts

Supplier Representative. ‌ (a) The Supplier appoints the Supplier Representative to represent the Supplier in connection with all matters relating to this Contract. (b) A direction given by Council to the Supplier Representative will be regarded as having been given to the Supplier. (c) Matters within the knowledge of the Supplier Representative will be regarded as being within the knowledge of the Supplier. (d) If the Council Representative makes a reasonable objection to the appointment of a person as the Supplier Representative, the Supplier must terminate the appointment and appoint another person, subject again to the reasonable objection of the Council Representative.
