Common use of Suppliers and Vendors Clause in Contracts

Suppliers and Vendors. Except in the ordinary course of business, since January 1, 1997, no material supplier or vendor of the Company or any Subsidiary has canceled or otherwise terminated, or threatened to cancel or otherwise terminate, its relationship with the Company or such Subsidiary or has decreased, limited or otherwise modified, or threatened to decrease, limit or otherwise modify, the services, supplies or materials it provides to the Company or any Subsidiary, and, to the Best Knowledge of the Company, the transactions contemplated hereby will not affect the relationship of the Company and the Subsidiaries with any such supplier or vendor.

Suppliers and Vendors.
