Common use of Supplier’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Representative. The Supplier shall appoint a representative for the Services. That person shall have authority to contractually bind the Supplier on all matters relating to the Services. The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the same person acts as the Supplier's representative throughout the Term, but may replace that person from time to time where reasonably necessary in the interests of the Supplier's business.

Supplier’s Representative. The Supplier shall appoint employ a representative for representative, the Services.
