Common use of Supplier’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Supplier’s Representative. 21.1 The Supplier’s Representative shall be the Supplier’s Director of Client Operations or such other person appointed pursuant to this clause 21 (Supplier’s Representative). To the extent that it is reasonably possible the Supplier shall not change the identity of the Supplier’s Representative without first discussing the matter with the Authority and having reasonable regard to the views of the Authority in relation to any proposed replacement. 21.2 The Supplier’s Representative shall be empowered to act on behalf of the Supplier for all purposes connected with this Agreement, the performance of the Services and the exercise of rights, functions and obligations of the Supplier under this Agreement. 21.3 Any notice, information, instruction or other communication given or made to the Supplier’s Representative shall be deemed to have been given or made to the Supplier; 21.4 Forthwith give notice to the Authorised Officer of the identity, address and telephone numbers of the person appointed as Supplier’s Representative and of any subsequent appointment; 21.5 Forthwith give notice to the Authorised Officer of the identity, address and telephone numbers of any person authorised to act for any period as deputy for the Supplier’s Representative; and 21.6 Ensure that the Supplier’s Representative, or a competent deputy, or such other nominated person authorised to act on behalf of the Supplier, is available to the Authorised Officer in person at all reasonable times during which the Service is provided.
