Supply of Products for Development and Commercialization. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be solely responsible, at its sole cost for manufacturing or having manufactured through Third Party contract manufacturers, any and all Products for Commercialization. For purposes of clarification, manufacturing costs for Co-Developed Products are referenced in Sec. 1.37 “Development Costs” and Schedule 6 “Cost of Goods”.
