Common use of Supply of Samples Clause in Contracts

Supply of Samples. The Contractor shall supply at his own cost samples of materials or goods, before incorporation into the Works for selection or testing as described in the Contract or required by the Superintending Officer in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract, all samples shall be supplied or prepared by the Contractor at his own cost.
