Common use of Support and Information Clause in Contracts

Support and Information. SDTI will provide any engineering support, technical training and other resources, including SDTI Pre-Existing Technology, reasonably requested by VeriSign to assist VeriSign with a Statement of Work ("RESOURCES"). SDTI shall not be obligated to provide specific Resources or specific levels of any Resource unless agreed in writing by SDTI.
