Support and Security. Supplier will provide support for the Cloud Services as set forth in a separate agreement. The Service Level Agreement applicable to the Cloud Services is set forth at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/articles/service-level-agreements/ (Genesys Cloud Service Level Agreement), and security for the Cloud Services will be provided in accordance with the terms at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/articles/genesys-cloud-security-policy/, which terms are incorporated herein by reference. Genesys reserves the right to make changes to the Cloud Service Level Agreement and/or security terms for the Cloud Services during the Subscription Term. If, however, such a change results in the material degradation of the Cloud Services or the level of protection of Customer Data and no workaround has been provided by Our licensor, Genesys, then Customer may terminate this Agreement by providing Supplier with written notice within 30 days from the date of notification of such change.
