Common use of Support Fee Clause in Contracts

Support Fee. Upon execution of this Agreement and upon any renewal Term of this Agreement, Vertical Solution Provider shall submit a purchase order to Autodesk and Autodesk shall invoice Vertical Solution Provider for a non-refundable annual ("Support fee") as set forth in Exhibit C. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.
