Support Fees. Support must be paid for all Software and all associated Licence Metrics, including Additional Items. You may not purchase or renew Support for a subset of Your licences only. Fees for Support do not include installation, implementation, training and other Professional Services, such as project management, conversion, report writing, and external systems or Bespoke Modifications (unless noted in writing on the Order Form).
