Common use of Support for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Support for Compliance. The Processor shall cooperate fully with the Client to enable the Client to comply with its obligations under applicable Data Protection Laws, including: (1) Providing additional information reasonably requested by the Client; (2) Assisting in the preparation of any required notifications to Supervisory Authorities or data subjects; and (3) Taking steps to mitigate the effects of the breach and prevent future occurrences.
