Common use of Support Letter Clause in Contracts

Support Letter. Each of the Sellers agrees to enforce, and take such actions to enforce, any and all of such Seller’s rights pursuant to the applicable Support Letter issued by such Seller’s Affiliate and each Seller agrees with the Purchaser that if any of the provisions of any such Support Letter is not performed in accordance with its specific terms or was otherwise breached, the Purchaser shall be entitled to seek specific performance in accordance with Section 10.9, including specific performance requiring the applicable Seller to enforce its rights under the applicable Support Letter.
