Common use of Support Limitations Clause in Contracts

Support Limitations. a) Local Availability of Support. Some offerings, features, and coverage (and related Products) may not be available in all countries or areas. In addition, delivery of Support outside of the applicable HP coverage areas may be subject to travel charges, longer response times, reduced restoration or repair commitments, and reduced coverage hours. All additional charges must be pre-approved by the Customer.
