Common use of Support Policy Clause in Contracts

Support Policy. Customer shall receive support and upgrades for the Licensed Materials (a) for the greater of three (3) months or to the extent provided for in the applicable Vcinity Software Support Policy or any applicable maintenance agreement in effect from time to time, as available on Vcinity’s website located at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇ (the “Policy”); and (b) upon payment of any applicable fees and expenses.
