Support Warranty. Veritas warrants, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of performance of Support under this Certificate, that such Support will be performed in a manner consistent with generally accepted industry standards. For Support not performed as warranted in this provision, and, provided Customer has reported such non-conformance to Veritas within thirty (30) days of performance of such non-conforming Support, Veritas will, at its discretion, either correct any nonconforming Support or refund the relevant fees paid for the nonconforming Support. THIS IS CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND VERITAS’ SOLE LIABILITY REGARDING THE SUPPORT WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION.

SYMANTEC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, CONTENT UPDATES OR UPGRADES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION OR USE OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, CONTENT UPDATES, AND UPGRADES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER WARRANTY RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

Vendor will exercise a professional standard of care in performing its obligations under the Agreements and monitoring its contractors in the performance of the obligations delegated to them.

If HP receives notice of such defects during the term of this Agreement, HP will, at its option, repair or replace the replacement parts that prove to be defective. Support Warranty. DocStar warrants that Support will be provided by qualified personnel in a professional and workmanlike manner. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty will be for DocStar re-perform the Support in a non-deficient manner.
Support Warranty. HarperDB warrants that Support, if ordered, will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. Licensee must notify HarperDB of any Support warranty deficiencies within 30 days after performance of the deficient Support.
Support Warranty. QCSI warrants that it shall remedy any Product Anomaly reported during the term of this Agreement within the time frames set forth in Exhibit E. This warranty is contingent upon SYNERTECH's computing environment being consistent with QCSI's recommended hardware and software specifications and in good working order. It is further contingent upon the Products being properly used and not modified and/or serviced by an entity other than QCSI. QCSI does not warrant that the Products will meet SYNERTECH's requirements or will operate in the combinations which may be selected for use by SYNERTECH, or that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error free. This warranty does not extend to Products modified by SYNERTECH, for Anomalies due to SYNERTECH's misuse of third-party products, or to use of a version of the Product which is more than one version past QCSI's latest released version.
