Supported Devices. You must use a supported, compatible Device to access the Bark Wireless Services network. Only certain devices are supported Devices. Bark will provide you with a list of supported Devices upon your request. Modems, bypass, gateways, automated relay devices and any other device used for commercial or re-direction purposes are not supported Devices and may not be used with the Bark Wireless Services. Failure to use a supported, compatible Device when accessing our network will result in immediate termination of your Bark Wireless Service.
Supported Devices. You are required to have a Supported Device to use your Card in a Digital Wallet. Your Digital Wallet Provider, in its sole discretion, will determine which mobile device is a Supported Device that is eligible to be used with a Digital Wallet under this Agreement. Any mobile device that is unlocked in an unauthorized fashion (“jailbroken”) or otherwise altered or modified are not Supported Devices under this Agreement and you may not use any such mobile device with any Digital Wallet under this Agreement. You acknowledge that use of any ineligible, non-supported mobile device with any Digital Wallet is expressly prohibited, constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and is cause for us to temporarily suspend, permanently terminate, or otherwise restrict or deny your further access to, attempted use of or use of your Card in any Digital Wallet. We will not be liable to you (or any third party or otherwise) for such suspension, restriction or termination.
Supported Devices. You can access our Mobile Banking Service by using a variety of supported electronic Mobile Devices. More information is provided in the HELP section of ▇▇▇.▇▇▇. You can get technical advice on Mobile Apps, the Web browsers that we support, and how to use Mobile Banking by calling us at the number for Online Banking Customer Support shown at the end of this Agreement. To participate in the Text Messaging/ SMS (“short message service”) feature, your device must have Text Message / SMS capability, and you must have a Text Message / SMS plan with your mobile carrier. To use Mobile Banking over the Internet using your mobile Web browser, your Mobile Device must have current Web browser software, and you need a data plan that includes internet service from your mobile carrier. Our Mobile Banking Service is also accessible using Mobile Applications (“Mobile Apps”) for selected mobile devices using Android™ or Apple® operating systems. Our Mobile App, if available for your Mobile Device and operating system version, will made available through your device-specific App Store. Mobile Banking using a Mobile App also requires you have a data plan with your mobile carrier, and your mobile device must support Mobile applications. We are not responsible if you attempt to access the Service using an unsupported mobile device.
Supported Devices. You will ensure that Supported Device(s) used to access Online Bankingservices are free from computer viruses, and you will install adequate protection insuch Supported Device(s). To protect against and detect viruses and other destructive components, you will have Supported Device(s) and related systems examined at least weekly for any such viruses or components.

We understand by professional support access to all updates, both software, and product that RELIANOID has available.

You are solely responsible for maintaining or upgrading Supported Device(s), their operating system, Internet browser software in response to any changes in specifications. You shall receive notification of such changes in accordance with this Agreement and/or electronically in accordance with this Agreement.
