Supporting and Delivering Learning. To work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. 5.1 You are required to perform the duties of a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) in accordance with the immediate directions of the Headteacher, such duties may include, but are not limited to:
