Common use of Supporting Evidence Clause in Contracts

Supporting Evidence. The employer may require an employee to provide evidence in relation to a period of ▇▇▇▇▇’s leave where the employee has taken two single days within a calendar year. The employee must then provide a medical certificate issued by a registered health practitioner. The medical certificate must state that in the opinion of the registered health practitioner the member of the employee’s immediate family or household has had or will have a personal illness or injury during the period.
