Supporting Information. Supporting information is information required by the Contract Documents or requested by Owner when reviewing a submittal that Owner determines is necessary to analyze and verify that the submittal conforms to the Contract Documents or will be needed by Owner to operate and maintain a manufactured product or system to be constructed as part of the work. ▇▇▇▇ shall submit supporting information for a system bound together and include information about all manufactured items for the system. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, supporting information shall comply with applicable requirements of the Specifications and shall include but not be limited to the following: (1) List of Subcontractors; (2) List of Materials; (3) Manufacturer’s certifications that materials to be supplied meet the requirements of the Contract Documents, where the Contract Documents allow such certifications or Owner waives materials testing requirements. Owner may require materials test data as part of the certification; (4) Data including but not limited to catalog sheets, manufacturer’s brochures, technical bulletins, specifications, diagrams, product samples, and other information necessary to describe a system, product or item. This information may be required for irrigation systems, street lighting systems, and traffic signals, and may also be required for any product, manufactured item, or system.
