Surfacing Material must meet all guidelines stated in the Handbook for Public Playground Safety, and most current versions of ASTM-F1292-13, F2075-15, F3012- 14, and all other applicable ASTM standards and guidelines as certified by an independent laboratory conforming to ▇▇▇▇▇ safety standards as identified for the playground industry.
