Surgeons Sample Clauses

The 'Surgeons' clause defines the qualifications, responsibilities, and expectations for surgeons involved in a particular agreement or medical procedure. It typically outlines the required certifications, experience, and compliance with professional standards that surgeons must meet to participate. For example, it may specify that only board-certified surgeons with a certain number of years of experience are eligible to perform surgeries under the contract.
