Common use of Surplus Materials Clause in Contracts

Surplus Materials. 13.1 Unless otherwise stated elsewhere in this Contract: (a) demolished Materials remain the Customer’s property; and (b) Materials which the Contractor brings to the Worksite which are surplus remain the property of the Contractor.
