Surplus Property. Provider shall submit to the Board no later than 30 calendar days from the first day of each Fiscal Year, a list of all Equipment (if any) Provider believes is surplus or is beyond repair. Provider shall cooperate with the Board in disposing of such equipment in accordance with applicable state and federal surplus property disposal laws, rules, or regulations.
