Surplus Property. Operator shall cooperate with the Board in identifying and disposing of Equipment (if any) the Operator believes is surplus or beyond repair. Operator shall submit a list of such Equipment to the OSR at least 90 days before disposing of any such Equipment and shall coordinate with the OSR to dispose of such Equipment in accordance with applicable state and federal surplus property disposal laws.
