Common use of SURRENDER AND NOTICE Clause in Contracts

SURRENDER AND NOTICE. 17.1 Upon the expiration or other termination of this Lease, Tenant shall immediately quit and surrender to Landlord the Premises broom clean, in good order and condition, ordinary wear and tear and loss by fire or other casualty or condemnation excepted, and Tenant shall remove all of its movable furniture and other personal property, at Landlord’s option, and related equipment in the Building installed for Tenant, and such Alterations, as Landlord requires, all subject to the provisions of Section 12 above.
