Common use of SURRENDER AND NOTICE Clause in Contracts

SURRENDER AND NOTICE. Lessee agrees to surrender and deliver possession of the Leased Premises promptly at the expiration of this Lease, or in the case of the termination of this Lease by Lessor by reason of a breach in any one or more of the covenants or agreements hereof, upon three (3) days notice after Lessor follows the required legal process.
