Surrender of Books and Papers. Upon termination of this Agreement (irrespective of the time, manner, or cause of termination, be it for cause or otherwise), Executive shall immediately surrender to GEEKS ON CALL all books, records, or other written papers or documents entrusted to him or which he has otherwise acquired pertaining to GEEKS ON CALL and all other GEEKS ON CALL property in Executive’s possession, custody or control.
