Common use of Surrender of Notes; Notation Thereon Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Notes; Notation Thereon. Subject to the provisions of ss.12, the Company may, as a condition of payment of all or any part of the principal of, and interest on, any Note, require the holder to present such Note for notation of such payment and, if such Note be paid in full, require the surrender thereof.
