Common use of Surrender of Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Records. The Employee agrees upon termination of his employment with the Corporation immediately to surrender to the Corporation all correspondence, letters, contracts, manuals, mailing lists, customer lists, marketing data, ledgers, supplies, corporate checks and all other materials or records of any kind relating to the Corporation, its predecessor or their business then in his possession or under his control, as well as all copies of any of the foregoing.
