Common use of Surrender of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Surrender of the Premises. Tenant shall surrender possession of the Premises to Landlord upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, in serviceable condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted. All improvements to the Premises constructed by Tenant and all Personal Property remaining at the Premises after the expiration of the Term shall be deemed abandoned and Landlord may dispose of the same without liability therefore.

Surrender of the Premises. Tenant shall surrender possession of the Premises to Landlord upon Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall vacate and surrender to Landlord the Premises, together with all improvements and other property of Landlord, in serviceable broom-clean condition and in good order, condition and repair, reasonable except for ordinary wear and tear and fire or other damage by casualty exceptedthat Tenant is not required to repair pursuant to Article 9 of this Lease. All Tenant shall have no obligation to remove any personal property or improvements to within the Premises constructed by Tenant and all Personal Property remaining at the Premises after the expiration of the Term shall be deemed abandoned and Landlord may dispose of the same without liability thereforeor to undertake any repair or demolition thereof.

Surrender of the Premises. All improvements to the Premises constructed by Tenant and all Personal Property remaining at the Premises after the expiration losses which are Landlord's responsibility under Article XVIII, or any items of the Term shall be deemed abandoned and Landlord may dispose of the same without liability thereforerepair which are Landlord's responsibility under Section 16.

All improvements to Tenant shall remove from the Premises constructed all of Tenant's Personal Property, and shall repair any damage and perform any restoration work necessitated by Tenant and all Personal Property remaining at the Premises after the expiration of the Term shall be deemed abandoned and Landlord may dispose of the same without liability thereforesuch removal.

All improvements , and shall surrender all keys to the Premises constructed by Tenant and all Personal Property remaining to Landlord at the Premises after place then fixed for the expiration payment of the Term shall be deemed abandoned and Landlord may dispose of the same without liability thereforerent.
