Common use of Surrender of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Warrant Certificates. Warrant Certificates representing Warrants purchased pursuant to section 7.1 hereof shall be surrendered to the Warrant Agent for cancellation and shall be accompanied by a direction of the Corporation to cancel the Warrants represented thereby.

Surrender of Warrant Certificates. Warrant Certificates representing Warrants purchased pursuant to section 7.1 Section 5.1 hereof shall be surrendered to the Warrant Agent for cancellation and shall be accompanied by a direction of the Corporation Company to cancel the Warrants represented thereby. In the case of Uncertificated Warrants, the Warrants purchased pursuant to this Section 5.2, shall be reflected accordingly in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Depository under the book entry registration system. No Warrants shall be issued in replacement thereof.
