Common use of SURVEY MONUMENTS Clause in Contracts

SURVEY MONUMENTS. At no time during construction, reconstruction, or maintenance shall survey monuments, witness trees, or bearing trees be disturbed or damaged. If damaged or disturbed, Purchaser shall hire a licensed land surveyor to repair, replace, and/or reset them. ▇▇▇▇ work must be in accordance with the State’s marked location. All road work is marked as follows: • Orange ribbon and paint for construction centerlines. • Construction stakes for everything else.
