Common use of SURVEY PEGS Clause in Contracts

SURVEY PEGS. 12.1 The Buyer acknowledges that once the Property is surveyed and the surveyor has installed the survey pegs at each corner of the Property the Seller is under no obligation to secure the position of the pegs or to reinstate the pegs either before or after Settlement. The Buyer is not entitled to make any Objection in relation to these matters, either before or after the Settlement Date.
