Survey Report Clause Samples
The Survey Report clause requires one party, typically the buyer or lessee, to obtain and provide a detailed survey of a property or asset. This survey may include information such as boundaries, structures, easements, or any encroachments, and is often prepared by a licensed surveyor. By mandating the delivery and review of a survey report, this clause helps ensure that all parties have accurate information about the property, reducing the risk of disputes over property lines or hidden defects.
