Common use of Survey Reports Clause in Contracts

Survey Reports. to deliver to the Mortgagee at intervals of not less than twelve (12) months a report prepared by surveyors or inspectors acceptable to the Mortgagee in relation to the seaworthiness and safe operation of the Ship, to produce evidence to the Mortgagee that any recommendations made in such reports have been complied with, or will be complied with in accordance with their terms, in full and thereafter to procure that such recommendations are so complied with.

Survey Reports. to deliver if so requested by the Mortgagee to the Mortgagee on each of the dates falling at intervals of not less than twelve (12) months monthly intervals after the date of this Deed, a report prepared by surveyors or inspectors acceptable to appointed by the Mortgagee in relation to the seaworthiness and safe operation of the Ship, to produce evidence to the Mortgagee that any recommendations made in such reports have been complied with, with or will be complied with in accordance with their terms, in full and thereafter to procure that such recommendations are so complied with.;
