Common use of Survivability; Limitations Clause in Contracts

Survivability; Limitations. (a) The representations and warranties of the Seller contained in this Agreement will survive the Closing and continue in full force and effect until 60 days following the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations. (b) The representations and warranties of the Buyer contained in this Agreement will survive the Closing and continue in full force and effect until 60 days following the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations. (c) The covenants set forth in this Agreement shall each survive the Closing and continue in full force and effect indefinitely.
