Common use of Survival After Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 15.1, this Agreement shall become void and of no further force and effect, except that the provisions of this Section 15.2 and Article XVI (Miscellaneous) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

If this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 15.17.1, this Agreement shall become void and of no further force and effect, except that the provisions of this Section 15.2 7.2 and Article XVI VIII (Miscellaneous) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 15.111.1 hereof and the transactions contemplated hereby are not consummated, this Agreement shall become void and of no further force and effect, except that for the provisions of this Section 15.2 Sections 6.6 and Article XVI (Miscellaneous) shall survive 7.2 and Articles 13, 21 and 22 provided, however, that the termination shall not relieve any party of any liability for any breach of this Agreement.

If this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 15.110.1, this Agreement shall become void and of no further force and effect, ; except that the provisions of this Section 15.2 10.2 and Article XVI XII (Miscellaneous) shall survive the termination of this AgreementAgreement and that nothing herein shall relieve any party from any liability for breach prior to such termination.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 15.18.1, this Agreement shall become void and of no further force and effect, except that the provisions of this Section 15.2 8.2 and Article XVI X (Miscellaneous) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 15.110.1 hereof and the transactions contemplated hereby are not consummated, this Agreement shall become void and of no further force and effect, except that for the provisions of this Section 15.2 Sections 5.5 and Article XVI (Miscellaneous) shall survive 6.2 and Articles 12 provided, however, that the termination shall not relieve any party of any liability for any breach of this Agreement.
